Vampire: The Masquerade
Set in the World of Darkness, Vampire: The Masquerade is the most well-known system set in this contemporary interpretation of our world, seen through a dark mirror. Vampires are not only myth, but very much real in this TTRPG and use the proverbial Masquerade to hide from mankind. Vampire: The Masquerade has multiple Editions to play in, with the most recent 5th Edition introducing a new plot and several new mechanics, although the older Editions have their appeal as well. With games such as Bloodlines or the more recent Battle Royale style Blood Hunt, Vampire: The Masquerade continues to gather attention.
